We accept Credit cards, Paypal and iDeal payments. All prices include VAT (Value add tax).
Shipping
++++ PDF patterns
All PDF patterns are instant download item. You can download them just after payment confirmation.
Due to the nature of PDF patterns we can not offer a refund. If you have any questions or concern, please let us know. We'll help in any way we can.
++++ Paper patterns (Physical items)
Your order will be carefully packed and shipped after the payment is received, usually within 1-3 business days if the items are in stock.
The item will be shipped to the address shown on your billing or shipping address, so make sure this is the correct one.
Shipping price (Physical items / Paper patterns)
The shipping price will be depend on the weight of the products.
It will be roughly
Netherlands: €4 (for 1-3 pattern) €6 (for 4-5 or more)
European Union: €10 (for 1-2 pattern) €13 (for 2-3 or more)
Worldwide: €12.75 (for 1-2 pattern) €23 (for 2-3 or more)
*It may change due to the condition of couriers.
The shipping prices include Track & Trace. You will get the notification and the tracking number when the package is processed.
Delivery estimated time
Deliveries take following days after orders are received by courier.
Netherlands: 1 to 3 days
European Union: 5 to 14 days
Worldwide: 6 to 16 days
*Some shipments will take longer than others due to location. (for more details, please see https://www.postnl.nl/en/mail-and-parcels/parcels/international-parcel/)
Occasionally an order takes longer than this to arrive, because of accidents, custom or christmas time etc.
So please estimate that the shipping time may extend even up to 6 or more weeks.
The buyer is responsible for any and all customs and duties.

*We don’t compensate you for damage made by using our patterns or data.

If you wish to sell the garments made from our patterns elsewhere (such as your website, craft fairs, craft market places etc), please contact us and we can discuss about the license.

We are trying to express about the items as much as precise we can by text and photos.
If you have any question, please let us know before your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14days you get the item(s), we will found out an ideal solution first. A refund is possible. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. As soon as I have received the item in perfect condition, I will refund via Paypal or other methods.
